How is my tier determined?
Your tier is based on your total purchases with Elevated Roots within the calendar year. The more you shop, the higher you climb.
Tiers reflect yearly spend: Bronze $0–$2,499 · Silver $2,500–$4,999 · Gold $5,000–$9,999 · Sapphire $10,000+.
How many points do I earn per purchase?
All Bronze level customers earn points on every dollar spent with us at a rate of 4%. (Pre-tax total × 0.04) Spend $100, earn $4.00 in points. Spend $25, earn $1.00 in points.
All Silver level customers earn points on every dollar spent with us at a rate of 5%. (Pre-tax total × 0.05)
All Gold level customers earn points on every dollar spent with us at a rate of 6%. (Pre-tax total × 0.06)
All Sapphire level customers earn points on every dollar spent with us at a rate of 7%. (Pre-tax total × 0.07)
What can I buy with my points?
Use your loyalty points like cash towards your accessories and curated merchandise.
Can I use my points right away?
All new loyalty accounts automatically earn $5 that they can use during the first transaction.
All other points can be redeemed for a future purchase and cannot be earned and redeemed in the same transaction.
What are my points worth when I redeem?
Each point redeemed is equivalent to $1.
Do loyalty points expire?
Yes, all normally accrued loyalty points expire after six months.
Occasionally, we have special offers which grant points that have a shorter redemption period.

Can I join the Elevated Insiders membership program without receiving texts or emails?
While we don’t recommend opting out of email (so you don’t miss out on exclusive offers) you can still earn points at Elevated Roots without being subscribed.
You may opt out at any time by unsubscribing from an email or sending STOP to a text message.
How can I see how many loyalty points I have?
Every email you receive will have your loyalty points balance.
Or you can visit the store and ask your Budtender for your points balance.
